Group Chief Executive, Taylor Wimpey plc
Pete Redfern has full operational responsibility for Taylor Wimpey.
He was appointed as a Director of Taylor Wimpey plc and to the post of Group Chief Executive in July 2007 following the merger of George Wimpey and Taylor Woodrow. Prior to the merger he was Group Chief Executive of George Wimpey Plc and before that successively held the posts of Finance Director and Chief Executive of George Wimpey's UK Housing business.
Pete is a Chartered Accountant and prior to joining George Wimpey he was Finance Director for Rugby Cement.
