During construction of a site, Taylor Wimpey is responsible for these public areas. Once construction has finished such areas are adopted in most cases. The roads would be adopted by the relevant Highways Authority and the open space and play areas by the relevant Local Authority. In some cases areas of open space or play areas may be handed over to a management company (or similar organisation as appropriate for the site).
